Our land financing program is available for commercial vacant land. Basic terms are as follows:

MINIMUM LOAN: $3,000,000.00

Under $3 million considered on a case by case basis.

LTV: 35% to 45% of "AS IS" value (as per lender's appraisal). If purchase, it will be based on the lesser of purchase price or lender's appraisal.

TERM: 12-36 Months.

AMORTIZATION: Case by case basis - most loans are interest only.

RATE: 12%-14% Minimum.

POINTS: 3-5 Points - Plus Closing Costs.
